In addition to years of experience in administration, Pam Wood Ellis has been a journalist, legal assistant, and in financial management administration. Her diverse knowledge base and skill set have served her well, contributing to her success with  Cross Accounting. Clients describe her as people-oriented and straight forward.

After earning a BA in Journalism with minors in both political science and southern literature from The University of Southern Mississippi, Pam worked as a reporter, photographer and editor with small papers in Alabama, Mississippi and Georgia. She also holds a paralegal certificate from Clayton State College. Her roles have ranged from front desk manager for a national sorority, to contract administrator for a petroleum distributor, to a human resource assistant for a major supermarket chain.

Pam enjoys professional photography. Her photographs and digital artwork have won awards and been published in national magazines. Pam has also written stories to accompany some of her photographs and collected these in a self-published book about her adventures with her then two-year-old granddaughter. Pam is an avid reader, and also enjoys digital painting and needlework as hobbies.
